How to Disable Menu Search

This time I will discuss a little about the operation of the Search menu on windows xp, where on the Search menu, our personal data can be viewed, retrieved even though it is hidden anyway. Search menu on windows can do a search in a file or an IP address that is connected to a Workgroup. You can do this off in searh facility through a certain value in the Registry.

Here's how :
  1. Open the Registry Editor by pressing the windows key + R on your keyboard or click the star and go to RUN, then type regedit.
  2. Afterward opens, click on the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer.
  3. Create a DWORD Value by right clicking on the right hand column and click DWORD Value, later named NoFind. Make sure the file does not exist. If you have any, you only need to modify it.
  4. Double-click on the menu last DWORD Value and change the value to 1
  5. Then click OK
Restart your computer. After you restart the computer, try to go to windows explorer, then go to the Search facility. Once you hit the Search button, then it will not perform any activity on the windows.
That bit of knowledge I know, if there are defects in beg forgiveness. Thank you for you for visiting, I say thank you for your cooperation.
